Terms and conditions

  1. Open to residents of the UK, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. No entries will be accepted from third parties or organised groups.
  2. Only one entry per person allowed during the whole promotion. To enter you must register at www.lovegeobar.com for our ‘Fire and Brimstone’ competition. There are no alternative entry routes available.
  3. The ‘Fire and Brimstone’ Competition opens on Saturday 4th May 2013 and closes at midnight on 1st July 2013.
  4. Entry to the competition is free. No purchase necessary.
  5. The prize consists of one case of Geobars. Variety selected by winner as one of the following: Chocolate Geobar (6 x 6 box case), Mixed Berries Geobar (6 x 6 box case), Apricot Geobar (6 x 6 box case), Chocolate Break Geobar (6 x 6 box case), Crunchy Granola Geobar (5 x 6 box case)
  6. This prize is non transferable and non refundable. No cash or other alternative prizes are available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of the Promoter’s control, in this instance the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value.
  7. From all eligible entries received by the Closing Date, one winner will be chosen in a random draw held on 9th July 2013 by the Promoter.
  8. The winner will be notified by email within two weeks of the closing date.
  9. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry and no responsibility can be accepted for any entries that are lost or delayed for any reason whatsoever.
  10. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
  11. These terms and conditions shall be subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English court.

  13. Winners may be required to participate in related publicity without further recompense.
  14. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend without notice this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control.
  15. Promoter’s decisions concerning all matters related to this Promotion are final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
